A contribution consists of a text message, and optionally a URL link to an external website.

It is not allowed to contribute with inappropriate content (unethical, explicit, racism, etc). A preliminary automatic moderation will be made to immediately verify each contribution before initial publication.

It is not allowed to submit a URL link to a website with inappropriate or sensitive content.

After initial publication, our team will review and moderate content before definitive approval. If the content is not acceptable, the text and link will be removed, and the team will inform the contributor. In this case, the contributor will be able to change the text and link but will not be refunded.

The Website team is eligible to make the final decision if the text or link is appropriate and can be posted on the website.

The uploaded text and link submitted is permanent and can’t be changed if not agreed upon individually otherwise.

The contribution may be used in public and published in official social media channels by the Website.

The Website team is eligible to make changes to the Website design at any time.

Contributions are posted only after payment of the corresponding fee by the contributor.

Fees and Payment

Payments of the artXponent Services are the official and mandatory step for owning a contribution on the Website, if not agreed otherwise.

The payment fee for the Services is displayed in US Dollars before and during the checkout process.

During the Website checkout process, in addition to the text and optional URL contribution, the user enters payment information that will be processed by a third party service provider.

After the payment transaction, the Service does not provide an option for the refund as the client has done checkout, agreed to terms and conditions and made a payment.
